I have been using this app for some time. It seems to work great. This is an app I definitely needed.

Really good!

This is my first paid fitness app and although it does not cost much, so I did not expect much, I am impressed. I have to admit I am very unsporting and have not done sports for a long time. I am glad there are enough exercises for losers like me in this app lol. Furthermore, I think the exercises are well explained, the timer feature is a nice idea and the best is you do not need any equipment for the exercises. I just wish I could turn off this beep sounds. It is not really bad but I do not like it. All in all a good app.

This is a good basic fitness app that provides videos and a workout regimen for you to follow. The beeping sound to signify the end of a set is horrible. Sounds like small fries but when Im working out, I dont need any added stress.

A great mobile coach!

This one-dollar is worthy! I dont need to have access to a fitness center and can workout at home! This app has not only showing you what to do and how to do, but also encouraging you to keep doing exercises everyday and advice you to take a picture periodically so that you can see what you have been through during the 60-day course! I am not a person who can keep doing things everyday, with the notice of this app, I am confident to have my six-pack abs back!

this app has become an essential part of my work out routine and if you are an athlete or someone who likes to go to the gym, then this app is a must have!!!it and think its awesome! easy to use and very well designed! Its great for active people like me!

Challenging!

I have been trying to get back onto shape and did p90x for a few weeks and quit because it was too much for my work schedule and family life. I enjoyed the workout but I lost so much sleep dedicating myself to the program, I felt that it wasnt worth it anymore. Well, I found this app and wasnt sure if it would be intense enough but I just completed the day 1 fit test and I am hurting! It had everything - burpees, tuck jumps, and of course push ups to name just a few. I had to take some breaks but hey, it was day 1! I cant wait to see what else this app brings! Side notes: I love the timer so you dont have to keep looking at the screen and it has the next workout on deck so you can cheat a little to know whats coming. Also I like that the the timer for the whole workout is hidden unless you push pause. It also has progress photos that you can take if you want to. So, this app is a great deal for the price and well put together. I would recommend it.

Good App, 1 problem.

Love the app, definitely worth 1 dollar. I really only wanted it so I could do guided upper body and core workouts two days a week, and it works perfectly for that. I also liked the self-photo "watch your own progress" idea, but I wish it was a little more discreet. If you decide to take a picture of yourself (mostly naked), thats the FIRST THING that pops up every time you open the app. So you can forget about showing the app to friends. It would be nice if this was tucked away under a "progress" tab or something. For now I think Ill just store some pictures on my computer.

Awesome app

Very challenging and brings a high intensity! The intermediate tests enable you to see results! I am much more toned since starting. when i finish this first round, Im planning on doing it again. All body weight exercises. About 45 min long. Great variety of exercises. Really the whole package!

Excellent App

Ive tried P90x and Insantity, this by far for the cost is one of the best exercise apps Ive downloaded. Its a very intense workout that if you keep up with the tempo gives you an awesome workout. I do like the fact that the pictures are taken at intervals and are side by side so you really get an idea of how well your workouts are paying off. As with any workout, diet plays a big role so make sure you stick with the healthy foods! I would like to see an enhancement to the app that lets you see your previous test results while taking a current test. Would give you a target to try and beat with each test. All in all, very happy with the app, on days 36 and loving it!!

Excellent app for (seasoned) gym goers

This is a fabulous app if you know your moves. Its true that you cant play your music or have access to detailed instructions but if youre self motivated and really driven to getting into shape, the video is tremendously helpful to keep you moving through the exercises. Its also great coz it combines exercises that you may not think to (and may need a real trainer for). I saved hundreds of dollars on a trainer by just following this workout regime. Its been 3 wks and I already see the difference! So yes, definitely worth downloading but caution: if youre brand new to working out, this isnt the app for you.

Great App

Am currently over 20 days in and no complaints. The pics and tests are great for checking progress and motivation. Wonderful for those just getting back into working out...easy to follow.

After the 1st month, Im down 10 pounds!

Been following the program daily and its a challenge. I struggle through the workouts because Im out of shape. However, theyre getting easier to complete as I get stronger. I love the simplicity of following the video loops of each exercise and choosing my own music. Only criticism is that the video loops arent very seamless for rhythmic moves like jumping jacks. Also you might consider wearing lighter shoes so they dont disappear into the black background. Its hard to see the proper stretch sometimes as a result. All that said, this works! Its cheap and effective. I feel great after the first month, down 2 pants sizes and 10 pounds. Cant wait to see where I am after the full 60 days. Thank you for a wonderful work out program! When I started, it was too high impact for my bad knees, but it gets easier every day.

Tough

I run, so I consider myself decently fit. Just Day 1 got me working muscles I completely neglect and Im exhausted! A few tweaks to the app and it would be perfect (such as warning you that you need to keep track of how many reps you did).
