After the 1st month, Im down 10 pounds!
Been following the program daily and its a challenge. I struggle through the workouts because Im out of shape. However, theyre getting easier to complete as I get stronger. I love the simplicity of following the video loops of each exercise and choosing my own music.
Only criticism is that the video loops arent very seamless for rhythmic moves like jumping jacks. Also you might consider wearing lighter shoes so they dont disappear into the black background. Its hard to see the proper stretch sometimes as a result.
All that said, this works! Its cheap and effective. I feel great after the first month, down 2 pants sizes and 10 pounds. Cant wait to see where I am after the full 60 days. Thank you for a wonderful work out program! When I started, it was too high impact for my bad knees, but it gets easier every day.
