So far so good
Straight forward body weight exercises that make you sweat and get the heart rate going.
I wish there was a 5 second transition option though because some of the 15 second stretches are almost done just as Im getting set.
Also some way to sync between devices or online would help because I know Ill lose data halfway through and wont be able to get it back.
Should definitely see some fitness in the 60 days.
