I lost 15lb! Amazing value for $.
I finished this programme on 18th December 2015 (just in time for Christmas!) with the following results:-
Weight- I lost 15lb (206-191)
Fitness Test- average of 75% improvement
To succeed you will need this programme, mental attitude (100% commitment to see it through), and a proper diet plan. This is the same with any programme.
No equipment is needed it is 100% Bodyweight.
The only drawbacks are there is no "what next" - you have to go train on a different programme - and there were no low impact options for some exercises (it is a normal to high impact programme).
Amazing value for money.
