Youll begin your journey with a basic Fitness Test, performing various exercises and recording your results, along with your starting weight, and a photograph of "the old" you. This is an easy program to follow with a set schedule and challenging workout. Follow this with a solid diet such as "paleo" and youll see significant results. The workouts are balanced and tough enough that youll be getting into great shape. The count down system is easy to use. Without having to watch the program every second: do the exercise until you hear the bell... Next! Not a noisy high intensity workout such as "insanity" and you can take it anywhere using your iPad and only a small amount of space.4 stars because it could use a little more variety. But great overall.
Straight forward body weight exercises that make you sweat and get the heart rate going. I wish there was a 5 second transition option though because some of the 15 second stretches are almost done just as Im getting set. Also some way to sync between devices or online would help because I know Ill lose data halfway through and wont be able to get it back. Should definitely see some fitness in the 60 days.
Itd much better if you can include instructions for each workout. Just like what you did with the gorilla workout

A program!!! 60 days of progressive change. Ive had gorilla workout and tried this. Wow. Nice layout. Nice exercises. Covers everything. Outstanding dudes!!
I finished this programme on 18th December 2015 (just in time for Christmas!) with the following results:- Weight- I lost 15lb (206-191) Fitness Test- average of 75% improvement To succeed you will need this programme, mental attitude (100% commitment to see it through), and a proper diet plan. This is the same with any programme. No equipment is needed it is 100% Bodyweight. The only drawbacks are there is no "what next" - you have to go train on a different programme - and there were no low impact options for some exercises (it is a normal to high impact programme). Amazing value for money. Disclaimer: I have absolutely nothing to do with the people involved in creating this app - this is a genuine review - and did I tell you I lost 15lb? Thanks Thor!

The rest between the first half and second took me forever. I have no choice but to delete

This app is superb, and really easy to use. There are a whole host of exercise videos that are clear and very easy to follow. I would love to be able to stream this app to my TV.
